The Sunshine Clinic uses your personal information for its originial purpose given; to receive treatment and internal record keeping. This legitimate interest allows us to do our job as therapists effectively and safely. We use your data to understand your needs and to provide you with a better service:

- We may periodically send you emails about new products, special offers or other information we think you may find interesting using the email address you have provided. We will not however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will ensure that we will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under GDPR at all times.
Data Retention:
We have a legal obligation to retain your records for eight years after your most recent appointment, but after this period you can ask us to delete your records if you wish. Otherwise we will keep your details indefinitely in order that we can provide you with the best possible care should you need to see us at some future date.
Your personal information is not sold or otherwise transferred to any third parties.

We take appropriate measure to protect your information against any unauthorised access or unauthorised alteration. To ensure the correct use of information we maintain appropriate physical procedures to safeguard and secure this information.
